Retour- en terugbetalingsbeleid

Omdat al onze producten op maat en gepersonaliseerd worden gemaakt, zijn ze uitgesloten van het herroepingsrecht conform artikel 6:230p sub f van het Burgerlijk Wetboek. Dit betekent dat retourneren of annuleren na bevestiging van de bestelling niet mogelijk is.

Heb je een klacht of is er iets misgegaan met je bestelling? Neem dan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst contact met ons op via mercibysema@gmail.com. We lossen het graag voor je op.

Return and Refund Policy

As all our products are made to order and personalised, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code. This means that returns or cancellations are not possible once an order has been confirmed.

If you have a complaint or something went wrong with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at mercibysema@gmail.com. We'll be happy to make it right.
